Interview 3 Questions

1. What is water used for in dialysis?
2. Is the dialystate in the dialyzer?
3. How long can one dialyzer last, if a patient chooses to reuse it?
4. How is peritoneal dialysis compared to hemodialysis?
5. What happens when the blood clots?
6. If a women is on dialysis is she still able to get pregnant?
7. Would it be more effective if a patient just did home dialysis?
8. If a patient needs a kidney transplant and they take a healthy kidney from a relative, how come that relative can that relative without one kidney? How does the patient only survive on one kidney too? (sorry this question is a little confusing)
9. How long is one patient on dialysis for? What happens if he/she misses a day of dialysis?
10. Do both kidneys have to fail in order for someone to receive dialysis?
